On our platform you can find out who is not following you on Instagram, as well as the requests that have not been accepted, among other things. The method we will use is 100% safe; you will not have to worry about losing your account as happens with unreliable applications.
To use our tool you need to download an Instagram ZIP file. Here's how:
If you need to enlarge an image, click on it.

You must go to the Instagram Settings menu. To access it, first select the three-line More icon and then Settings.

Inside the Settings menu, click on the Accounts Center box.

Open Your information and permissions.

Inside the Your information and permissions menu, you must select the Export your information option.

Press the Create export button.

Select the Instagram profile from which you need to download the information.

Then you must select Export to device.

You need to prepare the export. In the Customize information section, you must uncheck all modules except Connections. In the Date range section, you must select All time, and in the Format section it is very important that you select JSON. Make sure everything looks exactly like in the reference image for this step, and then press the Start export button.

Enter your password and press the Continue button.

After creating the export, you will need to wait a few minutes for Instagram to make the file available. Once it is ready, Instagram will send you an email notifying you that it is available. When you know it is ready, go to the Export your information screen from step 5, and press the Download button shown in the image.
Once you have downloaded the file, upload it to our Unfollowers tool so we can show you which accounts are not following you back and much more:
If after downloading the file you unfollowed someone, gained more followers, etc., and you want to see your updated information in our tool, you will need to download a new file. On the step 5 screen, a list with all the files you have generated will be displayed (except for the ones that have already expired). The first one in the list will always be the most recent. You can generate as many as you want without any problems!
